Concession opportunity at San Francisco International Airport

(CAPA) San Francisco International Airport is accepting bids for the International Terminal Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Lease “A” and Lease “B”. The deadline to submit a bid 19-Sep-07.

The proposed terms for each of the Leases are five years plus two one-year options exercisable by the Airport. The rent is set at the minimum annual guarantee or percentage rent, whichever is greater. The minimum acceptable bid amount is USD125,000 for each Lease.

The premise comprises five locations for each Lease, located in the International Terminal, for the installation, operation and maintenance of automated teller machines. The Airport Commission will award the Leases to the best responsive and responsible bidder(s).
