Tags :Uncategorised (CAPA) Menzies Aviation announced it has been awarded a three-year ramp and crago handling contract from Air China at Manchester International Airport. Air China, which operates to more than 250 domestic and international destinations, commenced operations to Manchester on 01-Sep-07. Air China operates a three times weekly service using B747 freighters originating from Shanghai and touching down in Manchester via Beijing and Copenhagen before returning to Shanghai Pudong. Menzies will supply ramp handling at Manchester together with cargo handling at Manchester and in the regions. John Redmond, Menzies Aviation’s Director UK & Ireland, said: “I am delighted to have been chosen by Air China to handle their new service to the UK. Menzies Aviation is looking forward to working in partnership with Air China to ensure this new operation is a great success for all concerned.” |
