Indra enters Thailand's air traffic market with a USD6.5 million contract11-Oct-2007 |

Tags :Uncategorised <p>(CAPA) Indra announced it will implement its surveillance and control systems in Pukhet, Ubon Ratchathani and Saratthani airports, after being awarded a USD6.5 million contract for Aerothai, Thailand's air navigation services provider. The project is to be concluded in 12 months. </p> <p> The air space control and surveillance systems to be implemented by Indra in Phuket, Ubon Ratchathani and Suratthani airports are based on Mode S secondary monopulse radar system, a proprietary development of Indra. </p> <p>For Aerothai, this project implies a step forward in the security of its air space control, adapting it to the latest technologies to face increasing traffic due to, among other aspects, the country’s tourist attractions.</p> |
