<p>(CAPA) Indra announced it will implement its surveillance and control systems in Pukhet, Ubon Ratchathani and Saratthani airports, after being awarded a USD6.5 million contract for Aerothai, Thailand's air navigation services provider. The project is to be concluded in 12 months. </p>

(CAPA) The Supervisory Board of Flughafen Berlin-Schoenefeld GmbH agreed on the proposal submitted by the company's management to discontinue the awarding procedure for building the BBI Terminal. The reason for the discontinuation is, amongst other things, that all four tenders submitted were uneconomic and well above the expected prices.

(CAPA) The 2007 portion of the Runway Restoration Programme at Halifax Stanfield International Airport is substantially complete. The airport’s main runway reopened on 06-Oct-07. It had been closed since 20-Aug-07, with all air traffic handled on the secondary, cross wind runway. Minimal flight disruptions resulted from the work.
